Way Wiper type AS

With these series of way wipers, we finally solve the problem of small production lots, without charging expensive molds, with short and certain delivery times. It is made up of a stainless steel sheath profile protecting a wiping polyurethane lip profile.

Technical Data

• It is made up of a stainless steel sheath profile protecting a wiping polyurethane lip profile.
• They are resistant to oils, acid or basic coolants, hot chips, keeping the original pliability in time.
• Preloading: for ordinary rails from 0.8 a 1 mm. for hydrostatic rails should be 0.5 mm.
• AS wipers can be supplied with ledges in a length of 500 mm. or shaped to clients' design.
