Roll up cover type T.R.S.

Protection of rails , screws, and other delicate parts on machine tools, has taken on ever increasing importance. Roll up covers in their various applications compared to other covers (like bellows, way covers, etc.) have the following advantages: simpleness, lower cost, lesser space (then more useable stroke), easy assembly. Smooth and silent operation at higher speed more than allowed to telescopic way covers.

 

Features

• The TRS constructive system, with no eyelets or big bushes, allows the use of springs with an elevate number of waps, therefore subject to inferior stress, to the advantage of a great amount of working cycles.
• The fastening system of springs, through two couples of bolts allows the coiler fast operations up to 210 mt./min. for short strokes, and to accelerate at 3.5 Gs for a total duration of 2000000 strokes.
• Main reason for springs break up is corrosion brought by coolants penetrating inside the winder. The TRS.LP is made in IP54 version (protected against liquid sprays), and is corrosion free.
